The Kentucky Sustainable Energy Act is a package of policy changes that will put Kentucky on the path of increasing energy efficiency, developing a new market for renewable energy production, creating new clean energy jobs for Kentuckians, increasing public health and environmental protection, and helping Kentuckians cope with future electricity price increases--especially our most vulnerable citizens.
