Clean Energy Opportunity Act - House Bill 167

It is time for Kentucky to transition to clean, affordable and sustainable energy solutions.

Representative Marzian introduced the "Clean Energy Opportunity Act" (HB 167) into the 2012 General Assembly. KySEA supports this bill, which contains measures that if enacted would:

  • Create more than 28,000 local jobs

  • Save Kentucky families, farms and businesses money

  • Improve public health
